The Client Certification Form must be submitted by archaeologists working in Northeast B.C. to demonstrate they have read and understand the related oil and gas permit. It must be signed by the applicant before an Archaeological Assessment Information Form is submitted, and before any field work is conducted.

Effective July 3, 2024, applicants must complete and upload the newest version of the RCNR Line List into the AMS. The RCNR Line List is used for all ERAA applications that fall under the Requirements for Consultation and Notification Regulation (RCNR).
