Treaty 8 Planning and Mitigation Measures (v1.1)
These planning and oil and gas-specific mitigation measures specify operational practices that apply to energy resource activities in Treaty 8 Territory. The measures are designed to contribute to the protection of Treaty Rights and cumulative effects management. The measures, which are organized by activity type (seismic, roads, aggregate and borrow pits, pipelines, well sites and facilities), include detailed descriptions of the documentation and plans that must be developed during activity planning and included with applications to the BCER.

Ecologically Suitable Species Guideline (v1.1)
The guideline is intended to introduce expectations for meeting the intent of section 19 of the Environmental Protection Management Regulation (EPMR) as part of the Certificate of Restoration (COR) Part 2 application process. It provides the oil and gas sector reclamation guidance related to planning, implementing, and performance reporting of soil and vegetation metrics for Crown forested land in northeast B.C.

Environmental Offsite Mitigations Guidance (v1.0)
The Offsite Environmental Mitigations Guideline is a reference document for energy resource activity applicants and permit holders. The guideline assists energy resource companies and those potentially affected by energy resource activities to understand the requirements for offsite environmental mitigations, also known as offsets. Offsets are a mitigation technique that is anticipated to grow in use in the northeast of British Columbia. The Offsite Environmental Mitigation Regulation identifies designated areas where offsets may be triggered.

Golder Restoration Toolkit
The Golder Restoration Toolkit is an operational handbook developed to guide implementation of reclamation techniques that will contribute to the restoration of caribou habitat. It is intended to help guide operators and reclamation specialists with activities in boreal caribou range with a toolkit of measures to address vegetation and human/predator accessibility within ranges.
