We've introduced a new online, standardized process for assessment, restoration and remediation reports for Certificate of Restoration.
DATE ISSUED: Sept. 20, 2024
EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately
The BCER has introduced a new online submission portal for regulatory submissions for Certificate of Restoration – Part I & Part II, and Dormancy and Shutdown Assessment Forms.
The online, standardized process for assessment and remediation reports as well as restoration reports, will help ensure consistency in the format and content of submissions. This process allows for more efficient review and tracking of information required to make decisions, and provides supporting data for the dormant sites program, tenure management and liability management.
Information on where to access the forms and how to make the submissions is available in the eSubmission User Guide. Additional updates and forms for pipelines and standalone facilities will follow at a later date.
