As stipulated within the Public Notification Regulation under the Environmental Management Act, a notice of a permit application for air discharge authorization, may be publicly posted for a period of 30 days. Please see the Environmental Protection Notice for an air discharge authorization for a new compressor dehydrator facility currently under construction by Petronas Energy Canada Ltd., approximately 112.8 km northwest of Fort St. John and 23.8 km northwest of Wonowon (driving distances).
