The BCER's full inventory of core samples is limited, therefore, please continue to submit all requests for core as per the regular process.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately
Effective immediately and until further notice, access to the BC Energy Regulator’s (BCER) full inventory of core samples is limited, due to restricted access at the Charlie Lake Core Storage Facility. The majority of the BCER’s older core samples is stored in the Charlie Lake Core Storage Facility, near Fort St. John.
Please continue to submit all requests for core through corelab@bc-er.ca to inquire if the requested core is currently available.
