DATE ISSUED: March 29, 2023

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately

The Oil and Gas Activities Act allows the British Columbia Energy Regulator to set and collect fees, levies and securities required to meet its regulatory obligations and recover expenses. Current fees, levies and security requirements are set out in the Fee, Levy and Security Regulation (FLSR).
