AMS changes requiring applicants to use an updated version of the RCNR and RHE Line List.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 3, 2024
Effective July 3, 2024, changes will be made to the Application Management System (AMS) requiring applicants to use an updated version of the Requirements for Consultation and Notification (RCNR) and Rights Holder Engagement (RHE) Line List.
Applicants who are submitting applications on or after July 3, 2024, should complete and upload the newest version of the line list in their application. The new line lists can be found in the supporting documents section of Chapter 6 of the Oil and Gas Activity Application Manual.
