In June 2019, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) released a new edition of CSAZ662 Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems. Under Section 1 of the Pipeline Regulation and Section 1 of the Drilling and Production Regulation, the definition of CSA Z662 includes the most recent amendments and is immediately incorporated into the Pipeline Regulation and the Drilling and Production Regulation.

Under Section 1 of the Pipeline Regulation and Section 1 of the Drilling and Production Regulation, the definition of CSA Z662 includes the most recent amendments and is immediately incorporated into the Pipeline Regulation and the Drilling and Production Regulation.
As there are significant changes and additions to the standards, the Regulator requires all companies to review the latest version of CSA Z662-19 and take the necessary steps to ensure compliance.
